RC-Xplanes Illusion Competition 3-D Model

Scott Stoops explores this surprisingly versatile, slightly larger, far more rigid 3D foamie. "The most surprising aspect of flying the Illusion for me was the precision that the rigid fuselage allowed. With the CG set further forward, the Illusion proved to be a very capable precision aerobat (a very unusual trait for a flat-plate foam model). Point rolls, precision rolling circles, etc… were possible. I can’t say that about most foam 3-D models."
